Connor
Connor was bred by Laura Edwards-Johnson & Dan Johnson & Susan Hahnen. His sire is GCH Courtwood Going My Way and his dam is Ch Rosette English Tea Tyme.
He captures the heart of all who meet him. Connor is quite a clown. I never quite know what he is going to do. Once when I had meticulously tied his crate cover but forgot to latch his crate, he escaped but not without getting into my bag and getting his frog, which he carried with him everywhere.
Connor loves agility but hates the table because he has to stop. Connor barks the whole time he is on the table and I cannot even hear the judge say go. Not too long ago I decided that we would not do the next obstacle after the table until he was under control -- a good plan that went south on me. In the midst of all of this Connor saw my chair near the exit of the ring. In my chair was a treat he would get after he finished. Connor decided to get it early -- no Q that day.
At barely 6 months Connor went to the 2009 Irish Setter's National in Pennsylvannia where he took 2nd in the 6 to 9 months. He was shown by Shea Jonsrud. Shortly after Connor turned 18 months he went to the 2010 Irish Setter's National's in Wisconsin where he took another 2nd in the American Bred Class. He was shown by Loran Morgan. At the 2012 National Connor when Stud Dog 2 right behind his grand sire GCH Captiva Quitte Ou Double, Elliot. At the 2013 he earned his 1st Q in Agility and a 1st place in Novice Fast. In the 2014 he went Stud Dog 1 under Judge Ed Bivin with GCH Redtale True Gentleman, Jaime, and CH Redtale True Love, Buttercup, as his get.
